Outside it’s cold, wet, or simply not the right season for long rides – and yet your legs are itching to get moving. That’s exactly where the new MY WHOOSH Challenge comes in, created together with NAKED Optics and the Mondsee Radmarathon.

In this three-part race series on the MY WHOOSH e-cycling platform, you complete three virtual stages – securing not only in-game rewards for your avatar, but also the chance to win real prizes in the real world.

But let’s start from the beginning…

What is MY WHOOSH?

MY WHOOSH is a virtual platform where you can train from home using your own bike. You place your bike on a smart trainer, connect it to the app, and pedal as usual – while your avatar rides along realistic routes in the game.

To create even more training motivation, MyWhoosh regularly offers special challenges. This way, the platform not only provides variety but also cool rewards for your avatar.

Ride indoors – benefit in real life

And this is exactly where a new mission begins.

The MY WHOOSH x NAKED Optics x Mondsee Radmarathon Challenge: In this three-part challenge, you ride three international routes – spread across three weeks.

With every completed stage, you secure an exclusive in-game mission badge, virtual NAKED Optics sports eyewear for your avatar, and most importantly: entry into the prize draw.

Among all successful finishers, 5 exclusive starter packages for the Mondsee Radmarathon will be raffled. You get the chance to win a coveted starting spot at the already sold-out event and matching NAKED Optics cycling eyewear of your choice.

The Challenge at a Glance

The mission runs over three weeks – with an additional bonus week for anyone who missed a stage.

Week 1: Kluisbergen (Belgium) March 2 – March 8

📏 24.04 km ⛰️ 138 m

To kick things off, Belgian terrain awaits you. The route is fast, slightly rolling, and perfect for getting into the challenge.

Week 2: Hikari Hills (Japan) March 9 – March 15

📏 19.07 km ⛰️ 251 m

Week two becomes more demanding. More elevation ensures that you’ll need not only speed but also strength.

Week 3: Zurich (Switzerland) March 16 – March 22

📏 26.9 km ⛰️ 466 m

The finale takes you to Zurich – and presents the biggest challenge. The longest route with the most elevation will push you to your limits.

Make-Up Week March 23 – March 29

If you missed a stage, you can catch up during this week. All three routes will be available again.
